Male Speaker 1: I think here at Oelwein Dental Associates and at West Union Dental Associates, you know, we’re a smaller community, and so we really pride ourselves in taking care of everyone as they walk through our door. I think every patient, you know, leaves here feeling appreciated and like they’ve been heard, and that their concerns have been listened to, and that they feel, you know, healthier. Male Speaker 2: We have a team of dentists. We all have kind of a niche that we’re very interested in and that we each focus individually on. I think that really sets us apart because we can interact with each other to really go towards the best goal.

Female Speaker 1: You just feel welcomed when you come in here. They don’t pressure you into anything. Those types of things, like try it out, like it’s worth it. It’s nice for a small town to have such a big practice here. I’ve known Adam for a really long time, so it just kind of has just been, like, my go-to. Like, I don’t wanna go try anywhere else because this is just so convenient and friendly and just a nice atmosphere for me and my kids.

Female Speaker 2: There was a weekend where I had an emergency, a bad toothache, and Dr. Krueger gave me his personal cell phone number if I had any issues, and I called, and he came in on a Sunday and fixed me up.

Male Speaker 3: They’re great with the kids. I’d almost suggest if you got kids that are uncomfortable with the dentist, this place is great.

Female Speaker 3: I had a root canal a couple or three weeks ago and had a little infection, so they put a temporary in, came back, and that went smooth as silk. I had no pain. It was a quick procedure. Things are changing. I think they keep up good with technology here, so it all makes for a pleasant experience.
