I’m a general dentist. So, I got interested in dentistry when I was in high school. I have two older sisters and they’re both dental assistants so that kind of got me interested in the field. And then, when I started researching dentistry more, it was a cool blend of art, and science, and healthcare. So, I knew I wanted to help people, and so I wanted to, yeah, go into a field where I could help people. And then, yeah, dentistry is that unique blend of art and science. So, I thought it would be a great way to mesh all those things that I loved together.
I would say the most rewarding aspect for me of being a dentist is definitely just helping people, seeing them. You know, if they come in with something that they’re unhappy about as far as their smile goes, or the health of their mouth, I can provide a solution to that. And so, that makes me happy that I can help them improve their health.
I would think that each patient, you know, can expect that I’m gonna give them the best care possible. I’m gonna give them my undivided attention. I’m not gonna be distracted. I’m gonna show them that I’m here for them, and they’re in my chair, and I’m gonna provide them the best absolute care that I can.
