No Insurance? You Won’t Need it with our Membership Club

We accept dental insurance from multiple providers, but for patients with no insurance in West Union, we have another option for you. At West Union Dental Associates, you can join our membership club to receive all of your routine dental care. You will also receive a discount on all other treatments (excluding orthodontics and facial rejuvenation treatments).

West Union Dental Associates Membership Club Options

Adult Membership (14 and Older) $39.00/mo. (Save at least $236.80 a year!)

Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Fluoride treatment (2 per Year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
10% off all other treatments (excludes orthodontics and Botox)
$100 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.

Perio Membership (Periodontal Disease) $59.00/mo. (Save at least $255.60 a year!)

Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
Fluoride treatment (2 per Year)
Needed x-rays^*
One emergency exam per year (if needed)
10% off all other treatments (excludes orthodontics and Botox)
$100 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month

For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease.

Child Membership (13 and Younger) $34.00/mo. (Save at least $123.60 a year!)

He followed up for several days after to check up on how I was doing. He is always kind, caring, professional and respectful. The ladies at the front desk are always there to answer a question and they greet you with a smile. The assistants are patient, kind, and compassionate. Especially to my three children. Does anyone ever want to go to the dentist? I do! I do! There are not enough words for me to express just how great Oelwein Dental Associates practice is. I have no fear or anxiety when I know it’s my appointment day. Massaging dental chairs had got to be one of the greatest. inventions. ever. Every person on the staff at Oelwein are awesome. I know if I have questions, they will be answered. A few days after I had a tooth removed and a bone graft done, Dr. Adam called to check up on me! Who does that anymore?
