Oral-SurgeryFrom the comfort of your dental home

While our primary goal is focused on prevention of disease and decay that allows our patients to keep their natural teeth healthy and in their mouths for as long as possible, we understand that our patients are human and that things happen. If you have a tooth that is badly damaged by disease, infection, decay, or trauma, or your gums have been ravaged by gum disease and can no longer support the tooth, you may require an extraction.

Don’t worry, you are in the best care possible with our doctors and our compassionate team. We will explain every detail of the procedure to give you peace of mind, and discuss restoration options for the future so you don’t have to suffer with an incomplete smile.

Root Canals

We know that many patients cringe when they hear these two little words. Have you ever heard the saying, “I’d rather have a root canal”? While root canals have earned a bad rap over the years, today, with advances in modern techniques and technology, they are really nothing to fear. In fact, root canals are a routine and mostly painless procedure.

If you have an infection in the root canal, which is a canal that travels vertically through the crown and down into the tooth root, you may require a root canal. Your doctor will go into the canal, remove the infection, sterilize and fill the chamber to prevent further infection, and restore the tooth with a crown. Most of our root canal patients experience little to no pain or discomfort, and minimal recovery time.
